Hi! I’m Amber

Meet the Chef

I grew up in a Colorado rodeo family, surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and home-raised food — which sparked my lifelong love for cooking.

I started my career in a small French bakery in Fort Collins and spent the years that followed learning from incredible chefs across cuisines, from fresh pasta to southern soul food. I even helped launch a farm-to-table culinary school that deepened my passion for food that starts in the field and ends at the table.

After moving to Grand County with my husband, I cooked in several local restaurants and explored a food trailer venture. Today, I’m happily rooted in Winter Park, creating soulful, intentional dishes inspired by everything I’ve learned along the way.

Our group of 25 with some dietary restrictions in the group and she completely knocked it out of the park. I’ve never seen 25 people so happy after a meal. She was also just a great person should multiple kids the kitchen and answered all kinds of questions from the kids to adults. The food was presented beautifully but I don’t think anyone took a picture unfortunately. (Will add if I get any)Also a very minor detail but for a chef to clear our table after a dinner and clean what I am pretty sure weren’t even her dishes for us shows the humility and care she put into her profession!

She catered our dad's 70th birthday party for 65 people and knocked it out of the park. Her menu options are delish, which makes it hard to choose. And her team is the best vibe. Don't do the cooking yourself, hire Amber's kitchen to do it for you :) You won't regret it!
